Knowing which stretches are needed for a given situation is an individual and unique talent.

With almost 30 years of working in this area, Michael Bird, the original developer of this modality,  is an expert in what he does. As with other professionals, its knowing what needs to be done, how and when; not necessarily how long it takes to accomplish.

Therefore, fees are based on a sliding fee scale ranging from $65.00 to $200.00 (more in rare cases) depending on the person and situation. When we speak with you to make an appointment we can provide a better estimate of the fee for that visit. Of course, Michael will make the final determination when he sees you. Here are some examples:

• First time and/or full appointments are approx 1.5 hours with approx. 40 minutes of prep-massage.
• Average Cost - $135.00 -$225.00
•  
• Maintenance appointments are approx. 1 hour with approx. 30 minutes of prep- massage.
• Average Cost - $115.00 - $135.00
• Tune-up or minimum appointments are approx. 30 - 45 minutes with minimum massage
• Average Cost - $85.00 - $115.00

Extra massage for your appointment is also available; just let us know when you call. You will be charged the normal appointment fee + the extra massage time.
